โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องเอกซเรย์ทั่วไปขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๐๐ mA. แบบแขวนเพดานดิจิตอล จำนวน ๒ เครื่อง โดยสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเอกซเรย์เดิมที่โรงพยาบาลแม่จันและโรงพยาบาลดอยหลวง เพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการผู้ป่วยในและผู้ป่วยนอก เพิ่มขีดความสามารถด้านปริมาณและคุณภาพการให้บริการทางรังสีวิทยา รวมถึงการถ่ายภาพเอกซเรย์ทั่วไปทุกส่วนของร่างกายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และแปลงสัญญาณภาพเป็นระบบดิจิทัลเพื่อการจัดเก็บและวินิจฉัยทางการแพทย์ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP โดยเครื่องเอกซเรย์ที่เสนอต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่ระบุ เช่น กำลังไฟฟ้าไม่น้อยกว่า ๔๐ กิโลวัตต์, ปรับตั้งค่ากระแสได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๐๐ mA, ปรับตั้งค่าความต่างศักย์ได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๕๐ kV, มีระบบดิจิทัลสำหรับการรับภาพและควบคุมการทำงาน รวมถึงหลอดเอกซเรย์และชุดควบคุมรังสีที่มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐาน

The Chiang Rai Provincial Public Health Office is procuring two general-purpose X-ray machines, not less than 500 mA, ceiling-mounted digital type with one image receptor. These machines are intended to replace existing equipment at Mae Chan Hospital and Doi Luang Hospital, aiming to enhance radiological services for both inpatient and outpatient cases. The project seeks to improve the quantity and quality of radiological services, enable efficient general X-ray imaging of all body parts, and facilitate digital image conversion for storage and medical diagnosis. Bidders must meet legal and specific technical requirements for the X-ray machines, including registration in the e-GP system and possessing the required net worth. The specified X-ray machines must feature a generator power of at least 40 kW, adjustable current up to 500 mA, voltage up to 150 kV, digital radiography capabilities, and a high-performance X-ray tube and collimator system.
