เทศบาลตำบลยางเนิ้ง มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง ประเภทรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ จำนวน 1 คัน ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อนำรถบรรทุกคันดังกล่าวไปใช้ในราชการของเทศบาลตำบลยางเนิ้ง เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 923,000 บาท โดยราคากลางอ้างอิงตามบัญชีราคามาตรฐานครุภัณฑ์ ฉบับเดือนธันวาคม 2568 การจัดซื้อนี้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 และระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้ “เกณฑ์ราคา” เป็นหลัก กำหนดการส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย ณ สำนักงานเทศบาลตำบลยางเนิ้ง ผู้ขายจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจดทะเบียนรถยนต์ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และชำระค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดทำประกันภัยภาคบังคับ

Yang Noeng Subdistrict Municipality intends to procure a diesel truck, 1-ton capacity, 2-wheel drive, double-cab, with an engine displacement of not less than 2,400 cc or maximum engine power of not less than 110 kW, for official use. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The project’s objective is to support the municipality’s operational tasks. The estimated budget is 923,000 Baht, based on the standard equipment price list as of December 2025. The selection criteria will be based on “Price Criteria”. Delivery is required within 60 days from the contract signing date at the Yang Noeng Subdistrict Municipality office. The seller is responsible for vehicle registration, all associated fees, and mandatory third-party liability insurance.
