โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อยา Empagliflozin 90 mg. + Linagliptin ๕ mg. tablet จำนวน ๗๘,๐๐๐ เม็ด โดยโรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการและเตรียมความพร้อมด้านยาให้เพียงพอ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลังว่าด้วยการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณในการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือ ๔,๖๕๗,๓๘๐.๐๐ บาท (สี่ล้านหกแสนห้าหมื่นเจ็ดพันสามร้อยแปดสิบบาทถ้วน) โดยพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบกับเกณฑ์อื่น และผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนตามสัญญาและได้รับการตรวจรับมอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว กำหนดอัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ ๐.๒๐ ต่อวัน และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา ๑ ปี

This project is for the procurement of Empagliflozin 90 mg. + Linagliptin 5 mg. tablets, totaling 78,000 units, by Baan Paew Hospital (Public Organization) through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. The objective is to use these medications for patient treatment, enhancing service efficiency and ensuring adequate drug supply. The procurement adheres to the Ministerial Regulations on Government Procurement and Management of Public Goods B.E. 2560. The delivery period is 365 days from the contract signing date, with an estimated budget of 4,657,380.00 Baht. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and other criteria, requiring bidders to meet minimum technical standards. Payment will be made upon complete delivery and acceptance of goods. A penalty of 0.20% per day will be applied for late delivery, and a one-year warranty against defects is required.
