กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง กำลังดำเนินการจัดจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมลำเซบาย บริเวณบ้านเชียงเพ็ง หมู่ที่ ๗ ตำบลเชียงเพ็ง อำเภอป่าติ้ว จังหวัดยโสธร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อป้องกันและลดความเสียหายจากการกัดเซาะของตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่ในบริเวณดังกล่าว โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งที่มีความยาวรวม ๑,๐๖๕ เมตร โดยใช้งบประมาณทั้งสิ้น ๑๐๐,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (หนึ่งร้อยสิบล้านบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาก่อสร้างที่กำหนดไว้คือ ๗๕๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน ผู้สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด โดยเฉพาะการขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมบัญชีกลางในสาขางานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่ง ไม่ต่ำกว่าชั้น ๑ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่เสนอ

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to procure the construction of a revetment embankment along the Se-bai River at Chiang Phen Village, Moo 7, Chiang Phen Subdistrict, Pa Tiew District, Yasothon Province. The project aims to prevent erosion and mitigate damage to the riverbank area. The scope of work involves constructing a 1,065-meter-long revetment embankment with an estimated budget of 100,000,000 Baht. The construction period is set at 750 days from the date of the notice to commence work. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including registration with the Comptroller General’s Department in the “Revetment and Coastal Embankment Construction” category, not lower than Grade 1. The selection criterion will be based primarily on the total price offered.
