โรงพยาบาลสิชล อำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีความประสงค์จัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดชนิดเครือข่าย (Network CCTV System) สำหรับพื้นที่บ้านพักข้าราชการ จำนวน 1 ระบบ ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีการก่อสร้างอาคารพักอาศัยเพิ่มขึ้นและมีผู้เข้าพักอาศัยจำนวนมาก แต่ยังไม่มีระบบกล้องวงจรปิดเพื่อดูแลความปลอดภัย

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิด IP แบบมุมมองคงที่สำหรับติดตั้งภายนอกอาคาร จำนวน 50 ชุด ความละเอียดไม่น้อยกว่า 4MP รองรับมาตรฐาน ONVIF และ H.264 พร้อมอุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพผ่านเครือข่าย (NVR) 32 ช่อง จำนวน 2 ชุด พร้อม Surveillance HDD ความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 4TB จำนวน 4 ตัวต่อชุด, POE Switch ขนาด 24 ช่อง 1 ชุด และ 16 ช่อง 4 ชุด, UPS 1000VA True Online Double Conversion 5 ชุด, จอภาพ LED 42 นิ้ว 2 ชุด, ตู้เครือข่ายแบบติดผนัง 9U จำนวน 4 ชุด, ตู้ Rack CCTV 15U 1 ชุด, สายไฟเบอร์ออปติก Single Mode 5 แกน 4 เส้นทาง, สาย UTP CAT5E แบบติดตั้งภายนอก 50 จุด, ระบบป้องกันไฟฟ้ากระชาก 5 จุด และ SFP Transceiver Module 4 ชุด

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับผิดชอบการออกแบบระบบ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบการใช้งาน ฝึกอบรมบุคลากร และส่งมอบคู่มือการใช้งาน โดยต้องส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การชำระเงินเป็นจำนวน 1 งวดเมื่อตรวจรับถูกต้อง และผู้ขายต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 5 ปี นับถัดจากวันที่ผู้ซื้อได้รับมอบพัสดุครบถ้วน

Sichon Hospital, Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, intends to procure and install a Network CCTV (IP Camera) System for its government staff housing area, consisting of 1 complete system, with a total budget of 1,500,000 Baht (VAT inclusive) for fiscal year 2026. The project is necessary due to the recent construction of additional residential buildings and an increase in residents, while the area currently lacks a surveillance system for security management.

The scope of work includes supplying and installing 50 fixed outdoor IP cameras with minimum 4MP resolution supporting ONVIF and H.264 standards, 2 units of 32-channel Network Video Recorders (NVR) each equipped with four 4TB surveillance hard drives, one 24-port POE switch, four 16-port POE switches, five 1000VA True Online Double Conversion UPS units, two 42-inch LED monitors, four 9U wall-mounted network cabinets, one 15U floor-standing CCTV rack, four routes of 5-core Single Mode fiber optic cables, 50 points of outdoor-rated UTP CAT5E cabling, five surge protection installations, and four SFP transceiver modules.

The bidder is responsible for system design, installation, testing, personnel training, and delivering user manuals. Delivery must be completed within 120 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in a single installment upon successful inspection and acceptance. The supplier must provide a 5-year warranty against defects from the date of complete delivery.
