โรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อยา Semaglutide ๑.๓๔ mg./ml. solution for injection จำนวน ๗,๕๐๐ ด้าม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการแก่ผู้ป่วย และเตรียมความพร้อมด้านยาให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ โดยดำเนินการจัดซื้อด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลังว่าด้วยการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างฯ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการ ให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและมีประสิทธิภาพ กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุ ๓๖๕ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น ๔๘,๑๕๐,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดในข้อ ๓ ของเอกสาร TOR รวมถึงการลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคขั้นต่ำที่กำหนดไว้
