กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำเมย พร้อมปรับภูมิทัศน์ บริเวณบ้านหมื่นฤาชัย หมู่ที่ ๕ ตำบลพบพระ อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดความเสียหายและป้องกันการพังทลายของพื้นที่ตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำชายแดนระหว่างประเทศ ตลอดจนรักษาเขตแดนทางธรรมชาติ โครงการนี้จะก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งมีความยาว ๗๒๗ เมตร ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ ๕๐,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (ห้าสิบล้านบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง ๖๕๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานประเภทนี้ มีผลงานตามเงื่อนไข และขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมบัญชีกลางในสาขางานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่ง ไม่น้อยกว่าชั้น ๓ ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุและเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศตามสัดส่วนที่กำหนด และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา ๒ ปีหลังการตรวจรับงานงวดสุดท้าย การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาจากราคารวมเป็นเกณฑ์

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to procure the construction of a revetment wall along the Mae

River with landscape improvement at Ban Muen Rue Chai, Moo 5, Phop Phra Subdistrict, Phop Phra District, Tak Province, with a length of 727 meters. The primary objective is to reduce damage and prevent erosion of the riverbank along the international border, thereby preserving the natural border. The project has an estimated budget of 50,000,000 Baht and a construction period of 650 days from the date of the notice to commence work. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including being a legal entity engaged in this type of construction, possessing the required work experience, and being registered with the Comptroller General’s Department in the revetment and coastal construction category, at least Grade 3. The contractor must use domestic materials and steel in specified proportions and is responsible for any damages incurred during construction, including a 2-year warranty against defects after final acceptance. The selection of proposals will be based on the total price.
