องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโสธรมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ขนาดกำลังการผลิตติดตั้งรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 30 กิโลวัตต์พีค (Kwp.) เพื่อติดตั้งบนอาคารอเนกประสงค์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโสธร อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าให้กับภารกิจของหน่วยงาน ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าของหน่วยงาน และส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทดแทนเพื่อช่วยลดภาวะโลกร้อนและปัญหามลพิษ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้ลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด โดยผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงต้องมีวิศวกรวิชาชีพในการออกแบบและควบคุมงาน

The Sothorn Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to procure and install a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) with a total installed capacity of no less than 30 kilowatt-peak (Kwp.) to be installed on the multipurpose building of the organization in Mueang Chachoengsao District, Chachoengsao Province. The project’s main objectives are to enhance the agency’s electricity energy security, reduce the agency’s electricity expenses, and promote the use of alternative energy to help mitigate global warming and pollution. The project duration is 120 days from the date of contract signing. The selection of proposals will be based on the lowest price criterion. Bidders must meet all specified qualifications, including having professional engineers for design and supervision.
