โครงการจ้างเหมาเฉพาะค่าแรงงานก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า ปรับปรุงหม้อแปลง บ้านห้วยส้านยาว ต.ดงมะดะ อ.แม่ลาว จ.เชียงราย ดำเนินการโดยแผนกปฏิบัติการระบบไฟฟ้า การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาแม่ลาว เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีความต้องการขยายเขตและปรับปรุงระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าเป็นจำนวนมาก จนเกินขีดความสามารถของชุดงานก่อสร้างภายในหน่วยงานที่จะดำเนินการให้เสร็จทันตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพบริการ จึงจำเป็นต้องจัดจ้างผู้รับเหมาภายนอกเพื่อดำเนินการเฉพาะค่าแรงงาน

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการติดตั้งเสาคอนกรีตอัดแรงขนาดต่างๆ (12 เมตร, 9 เมตร, 8 เมตร) การพาดสายตัวนำไฟฟ้าแรงสูงและแรงต่ำ (ACSR, Aerial Cable AL 22 kV, AL Compact Stranded PVC) การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบระบบจำหน่าย เช่น คอนเสาคอนกรีตอัดแรง, ลูกถ้วยสายส่ง, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันฟ้าผ่า (Lightning Arrester), หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าขนาด 100 kVA, และการติดตั้งเครื่องวัดหน่วยไฟฟ้า (Meter) ทั้งแบบ 1 เฟส และ 3 เฟส รวมถึงการรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เดิมและส่งคืนพัสดุตามที่กำหนด

โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณราคากลางรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 1,016,609.14 บาท (ราคากลางไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 950,102.00 บาท) กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 270 วัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี

This project is a labor-only contract for the construction and improvement of the electrical distribution system and transformer at Ban Huay San Yao, Dong Mada Sub-district, Mae Lao District, Chiang Rai Province, managed by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Mae Lao Branch. Due to the high volume of expansion and system improvement works exceeding the capacity of PEA’s internal construction team, PEA requires an outsourced contractor for labor services to meet service quality standards.

The scope of work includes installing concrete poles (12m, 9m, 8m), stringing high-voltage and low-voltage conductors (ACSR, Aerial Cable AL 22 kV, AL Compact Stranded PVC), installing distribution accessories (crossarms, insulators, lightning arresters), installing a 100 kVA transformer, and installing 1-phase and 3-phase watt-hour meters. It also includes removing and returning old materials.

The total reference budget is 1,016,609.14 THB (including 7% VAT). The project must be completed and delivered within 270 days from the contract signing date, with a single payment upon completion and a minimum 1-year warranty period.
