โรงเรียนสุโขทัยวิทยาคม ซึ่งเป็นสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ มีความจำเป็นต้องดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงผนังกันน้ำพร้อมรั้วและรางระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) เนื่องจากผนังกันน้ำเดิมที่ติดกับคลองแม่รำพันมีสภาพทรุดโทรม ชำรุดเสียหายหลายประการ เช่น แตกร้าว ทำให้ระบบกักเก็บและระบายน้ำไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังอาคารเรียนและห้องปฏิบัติงานในช่วงฤดูฝน สร้างความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินและส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยของนักเรียนและบุคลากร โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงผนังกันน้ำ รั้ว และรางระบายน้ำให้มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง สะอาด สวยงาม และปลอดภัย พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของโรงเรียนให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนการสอนและเอื้อต่อความปลอดภัย รวมถึงพัฒนาระบบระบายน้ำให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถรองรับมวลน้ำได้ดีและมีมาตรฐาน เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมขังและความเสียหายแก่โรงเรียน การดำเนินงานจะครอบคลุมถึงการตรวจสอบสถานที่ การปรับปรุงผนังกันน้ำ การติดตั้งรั้วเหล็ก การก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำคอนกรีต การปรับปรุงประตูระบายน้ำ และงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุใหม่ที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน และดำเนินการด้วยฝีมือประณีต ระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดไม่เกินราคากลาง

Sukhothaiwittayakhom School, a large educational institution, requires the improvement of its flood wall, fence, and concrete drainage system. The existing flood wall, adjacent to the Mae Ramphan Canal, is deteriorated and damaged, leading to ineffective water containment and drainage. This results in flooding of school buildings and facilities during the rainy season, causing damage to property and compromising the safety of students and staff. The project aims to repair and upgrade the flood wall, fence, and drainage system to ensure structural integrity, cleanliness, aesthetics, and safety. It also seeks to enhance the physical environment for conducive learning and student safety, and to establish a robust and standardized water management system to prevent waterlogging and damage to the school. The scope of work includes site inspection, flood wall repair, steel fence installation, concrete drainage construction, and related tasks. Contractors must use new, quality materials and ensure meticulous workmanship. The project duration is 90 days from the contract signing date, with selection based on the lowest bid not exceeding the estimated cost.
