องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านต้อง อำเภอเซกา จังหวัดบึงกาฬ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างระบบประปาแบบหอถังสูง ขนาด ๑๐ ลบ.ม. พร้อมเจาะบ่อบาดาล ณ หมู่ที่ ๑๓ บ้านศิริมงคล เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำประปาและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้ดีขึ้น โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนมีน้ำประปาที่สะอาดเพียงพอสำหรับการอุปโภคบริโภคอย่างทั่วถึงตลอด ๒๔ ชั่วโมง โดยมีงบประมาณโครงการทั้งสิ้น ๖๐๒,๐๐๐ บาท (หกแสนสองพันบาทถ้วน) การจัดจ้างจะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างฯ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน ๑๒๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง โดยมีรายละเอียดงานประกอบด้วย การทดสอบคุณสมบัติดิน การเดินระบบไฟฟ้า การก่อสร้างหอถังสูงพร้อมติดตั้งถังไฟเบอร์กลาส การเจาะบ่อบาดาลพร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำ การเดินท่อส่งน้ำและท่อจ่ายน้ำ การทดสอบระบบสูบจ่ายน้ำ และการเก็บงานให้เรียบร้อย

The Ban Tong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Seka District, Bueng Kan Province, intends to construct a water supply system with a 10 cubic meter elevated tank and well drilling at Moo 13, Ban Sirimongkol. The project aims to improve the quality of life for residents by ensuring a sufficient and clean supply of tap water for 24-hour consumption. The estimated budget is 602,000 Baht, and the construction period is 120 days, to be procured via electronic bidding (e-bidding) in accordance with the Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E. 2560. Key construction tasks include soil testing, electrical system installation, elevated tank construction, well drilling and pump installation, raw and treated water pipeline installation, and system testing.
