สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ดำเนินโครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องปรับอากาศใหม่จำนวน 14 เครื่อง พร้อมติดตั้งและรื้อถอนเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิม เนื่องจากเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิมมีอายุการใช้งานนาน ประสิทธิภาพลดลง สิ้นเปลืองพลังงานสูง และมีการชำรุดเสียหายบ่อยครั้ง ทำให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาสูง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อทดแทนเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ ปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษา และส่งเสริมการประหยัดพลังงานภายในอาคาร โดยจะมีการจัดหาเครื่องปรับอากาศใหม่ที่มีขนาดและคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ตามที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการรื้อถอนเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิม ติดตั้งระบบใหม่ให้ได้มาตรฐาน และรับประกันคุณภาพของเครื่องและงานติดตั้ง

The Information Technology Service Center, Chiang Mai University, is undertaking a project to procure and install 14 new air conditioning units, including the removal of existing ones. This initiative is driven by the aging and inefficient performance of the current units, which lead to high energy consumption and maintenance costs. The project aims to replace the deteriorated air conditioners, enhance cooling efficiency and stability, reduce maintenance expenses, and promote energy savings within the buildings. New air conditioners with specified capacities and features will be procured, existing units will be dismantled, and new systems will be installed according to standards, with comprehensive warranties on both the equipment and the installation work.
