เทศบาลตำบลบ้านกลาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการ “โครงการยกระดับทางเดินเท้า คสล. ซอยนิสสัน” เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ โดยโครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการก่อสร้างทางเดินเท้าคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ในบริเวณซอยนิสสัน หมู่ 1 ตำบลบ้านกลาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยมีข้อกำหนดด้านขนาดความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 605.00 เมตร และมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 907.50 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการควบคุมคุณภาพวัสดุ การปฏิบัติงานด้วยความระมัดระวังเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน การปรับระดับพื้นที่ให้กลมกลืนกับสภาพแวดล้อม และการจัดการสาธารณูปโภคที่อาจเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการก่อสร้าง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและติดตั้งป้ายเตือนตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

The Municipality of Ban Klang, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province, intends to implement the “Nissan Alley Sidewalk Improvement Project (Reinforced Concrete)”. This project aims to improve infrastructure and facilitate public convenience in the area. The scope of work primarily involves the construction of a reinforced concrete sidewalk along Nissan Alley, Moo 1, Ban Klang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province. The sidewalk is specified to be at least 605.00 meters in length and cover an area of no less than 907.50 square meters. The contractor must strictly adhere to the construction drawings and specifications, including material quality control, careful execution to prevent damage to property, site leveling to blend with the surroundings, and management of utilities that may obstruct construction. Furthermore, the contractor must implement accident prevention measures and install warning signs according to safety standards to ensure the project is carried out smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
