เทศบาลตําบลสันผักหวาน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดทําแผนการดําเนินงานประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ โดยมีโครงการปรับปรุงอัฒจันทร์เหล็ก ณ สนามกีฬาเทศบาลตําบลสันผักหวาน วงเงินงบประมาณ ๗๓๓,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ของอัฒจันทร์เหล็กให้มีความสวยงามยิ่งขึ้น เพิ่มพื้นที่บังแดดและกันฝนสําหรับผู้ใช้งาน และเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับเทศบาลตําบลสันผักหวาน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงอัฒจันทร์เหล็ก ขนาดความกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ความยาว 49.00 เมตร จํานวน 2 ช่วง หรือมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 392.00 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับแต่วันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากผู้เสนอราคาที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดและมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กําหนด การจ่ายเงินจะดําเนินการเมื่อตรวจรับงานแล้วเสร็จครบถ้วน 100% ของยอดเงินในสัญญา มีการคิดค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบงานล่าช้าในอัตราร้อยละ 0.10 ต่อวัน และผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชํารุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี

The San Phuk Wan Subdistrict Municipality, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province, intends to contract for the improvement of the steel grandstand at the San Phukwan Subdistrict Municipality Stadium. The objectives are to improve the landscape, increase shaded and rain-protected areas, and enhance the municipality’s image. The project scope includes the improvement of a steel grandstand with a width of 4.00 meters, a length of 49.00 meters, comprising 2 sections, or a total area of not less than 392.00 square meters. The construction period is 90 days. The selection of proposals will be based on the lowest price among qualified bidders. Payment will be made in full upon completion and acceptance of the work. A penalty of 0.10% per day will be applied for late delivery, and the contractor must provide a 2-year warranty against defects.
