โรงพยาบาลสงขลา มีความประสงค์จัดซื้อเครื่องติดตามการทำงานของหัวใจและสัญญาณชีพอัตโนมัติ ขนาดกลาง เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริการผู้ป่วยสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ โดยเครื่องดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้ตรวจติดตามการทำงานของหัวใจผู้ป่วยชนิดข้างเตียง ซึ่งต้องสามารถแสดงผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ, อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ, อัตราการหายใจ, ความอิ่มตัวของออกซิเจนในเลือด, ค่าความดันโลหิตจากภายนอก และอุณหภูมิร่างกาย ได้พร้อมกันบนจอภาพสีขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 12 นิ้ว ระบบสัมผัสหน้าจอ (Touch Screen) มีขนาดกะทัดรัด น้ำหนักไม่เกิน 4.5 กิโลกรัม และสามารถเพิ่มเติมชุดตรวจวัดแบบโมดูลได้ นอกจากนี้ เครื่องต้องมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานขั้นสูง เช่น ระบบ Alarm Event Recall, Snapshot, Full Disclosure, ระบบ EWS (Early Warning Score) และสามารถใช้งานได้กับผู้ป่วยทุกกลุ่มวัย (Adult, Pediatric, Neonate) รวมถึงมีมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยตามที่กำหนด (IEC 60601-1, CE, UL Mark, IP22, CB Certificate) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุชนิดดังกล่าว มีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย และต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย ระยะเวลาส่งมอบ 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยพิจารณาตัดสินจากราคารวม วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรคือ 750,000 บาท

Songkhla Provincial Hospital intends to procure a medium-sized automated cardiac and vital signs monitor. The objective is to support services for patients covered by the National Health Security Fund. The device is intended for bedside patient monitoring, displaying ECG waveforms, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, non-invasive blood pressure, and body temperature simultaneously on a color screen of at least 12 inches with a touchscreen interface. The monitor should be compact, weighing no more than 4.5 kg, and capable of accommodating modular sensor additions. Advanced features such as Alarm Event Recall, Snapshot, Full Disclosure, Early Warning Score (EWS), and suitability for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients are required. The device must comply with safety standards including IEC 60601-1, CE, UL Mark, IP22, and CB Certificate. Bidders must be legal entities in the business of selling such equipment, appointed as direct distributors or authorized by the manufacturer.
