โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง รถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) จำนวน 3 คัน โดยเทศบาลตำบลท่าน้ำอ้อยม่วงหัก มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อทดแทนรถบรรทุกเดิมที่เก่าและชำรุดทรุดโทรม เพื่อให้หน่วยงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย สังกัดสำนักปลัดเทศบาล มีความพร้อมในการรับมือเหตุอัคคีภัยและสาธารณภัยต่างๆ ได้อย่างทันท่วงที นอกจากนี้ กองช่างยังมีความต้องการรถบรรทุกเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบรรทุกและขนถ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และเต็มประสิทธิภาพตามขนาดกระบะและน้ำหนักที่รองรับได้ ขณะที่กองการศึกษาจะนำรถไปใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพงานบริการประชาชน การติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก รวมถึงการขนส่งอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนไปยังศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัด และการดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการศึกษาในพื้นที่เทศบาลฯ โดยรถที่จัดซื้อจะต้องมีปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ และต้องเป็นรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุดที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่กรมควบคุมมลพิษรับรอง

The project involves the procurement of 3 diesel trucks for the Tha Nam Oi Muang Hak Subdistrict Municipality. The primary objective is to replace old and dilapidated trucks, enhancing the readiness of the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Unit under the Permanent Secretary’s Office to respond promptly to fires and other disasters. Additionally, the Engineering Division requires these trucks to improve efficiency in transporting materials and equipment, ensuring convenience, speed, and full utilization of the truck bed capacity and load support. The Education Division will use the trucks to enhance public services, facilitate inter-agency coordination, and transport educational materials to affiliated child development centers, as well as for educational activities within the municipality. The procured trucks must have an engine displacement of at least 2,400 cc or an engine power of at least 110 kW, be the latest models, and be environmentally friendly as certified by the Pollution Control Department.
