องค์การพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (อพวช.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อชุดระบบ Meeting Room พร้อมติดตั้ง ๑ ระบบ เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบสื่อสารภายในห้องประชุม ณ อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์พระรามเก้า โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการระบบสื่อภายในห้องประชุม โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP รวมถึงต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย พร้อมทั้งจัดทำเอกสารเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคอย่างละเอียด

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาระบบ Meeting Room ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอุปกรณ์หลัก ได้แก่ ไมโครโฟนไร้สาย เครื่องผสมสัญญาณดิจิตอล เครื่องขยายสัญญาณเสียง ลำโพงติดผนัง เครื่องมัลติมีเดียโปรเจคเตอร์ จอรับภาพชนิดมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า เครื่องถอดรหัสเสียง ตู้แร็ค และขายึดโปรเจคเตอร์ นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการดำเนินการติดตั้ง การเดินท่อร้อยสายและราง การเชื่อมต่อระบบให้สมบูรณ์ตามมาตรฐานสากล และการส่งมอบแบบไดอะแกรม แบบ As-built Drawing และแบบติดตั้งงานประกอบ

ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบงานคือ ๙๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยผู้ที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดจะเป็นผู้ชนะ วงเงินงบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ ๙๕๐,๐๐๐ บาท การเบิกจ่ายเงินจะเป็นแบบ ๑ งวด เมื่อส่งมอบและตรวจรับงานพร้อมติดตั้งเรียบร้อยแล้ว กำหนดระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง ๑ ปี

The National Science Museum (NSM) intends to procure a Meeting Room System with installation, comprising one complete system, to enhance communication services within meeting rooms at the Museum of Science building. The project aims to improve the efficiency of internal meeting room communication systems. Bidders must meet all legal and specified qualifications, including registration in the e-GP system and appointment as a distributor by the manufacturer or authorized distributor in Thailand, along with providing detailed technical specification comparison documents.

The scope of work includes the supply of a Meeting Room System, consisting of key equipment such as wireless microphones, a digital mixer, a power amplifier, wall-mounted speakers, a multimedia projector, an electric projection screen, an audio decoder, a rack cabinet, and a projector mount. It also encompasses installation, conduit and raceway work, system integration to full functionality according to international standards, and the delivery of diagrams, As-built Drawings, and assembly installation drawings.

The delivery period is 90 days from the contract signing date. The selection criterion will be price, with the lowest bidder being the winner. The project budget is 950,000 Baht. Payment will be made in one installment upon successful delivery and acceptance of the installed system. A warranty period of 1 year from the date of acceptance is required.
