สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการประกวดราคาจัดซื้อวัสดุโรงงาน จำนวน 1 โครงการ เพื่อใช้ในโครงการพัฒนาวงจรผสมสัญญาณด้วยรอยต่อตัวนำยิ่งยวด (SIS Mixer) และเทคโนโลยีมิลลิมิเตอร์เรดาร์ระยะใกล้ สำหรับสร้างห้องปฏิบัติการและระบบทดสอบตัวรับสัญญาณคลื่นวิทยุภายใต้อุณหภูมิความเย็นยิ่งยวด (Cryostat)

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและส่งมอบวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทางวิศวกรรมที่ได้มาตรฐาน ได้แก่ อะลูมิเนียมโปรไฟล์ขนาดต่างๆ พร้อมฉากยึดและสไลด์น็อตที่รองรับมาตรฐานสิ่งแวดล้อม RoHS, ชุดสกรูหัวจมหกเหลี่ยมสแตนเลส SUS304, ชุดเครื่องมือช่างคุณภาพสูง (ชุดประแจแอล, ตะไบโลหะ, ตลับเมตรหัวแม่เหล็ก, ชุดสกัดสกรู), ถุงมือกันบาดมาตรฐาน EN 388, แผ่นปรับระดับสแตนเลส (Shims) หลากหลายความหนา, ท่ออ่อนและตาข่ายสแตนเลส, รวมถึงขวดฉีดสารเคมี (อะซิโตนและไอโซโพพานอล) ที่มีสัญลักษณ์เตือนภัยตามระบบ GHS และ NFPA

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดส่ง แคตตาล็อก หรือ เอกสารข้อมูลจำเพาะ (Technical Specifications) ที่เน้นข้อความและระบุหมายเลขข้อให้ตรงกับ TOR ทุกข้อ ณ วันยื่นข้อเสนอ โดยมีระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายใน 150 วัน ณ สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ อ.แม่ริม จ.เชียงใหม่ พิจารณาตัดสินด้วยเกณฑ์ราคา ต่ำสุด วงเงินงบประมาณ 195,000.00 บาท

The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) - NARIT is issuing a tender for the procurement of factory materials to support the development of Superconducting-Insulator-Superconducting (SIS) mixers and short-range millimeter-wave radar technology. The materials are required to construct and mount radio wave receiver components inside ultra-low temperature cryostat testing systems. The scope of supply includes standard aluminium profiles with RoHS compliance, SUS304 stainless steel socket screws, slide nuts, high-grade hand tools (hex key sets, file sets, screw extractors), cut-resistant gloves (EN 388 standard), precision stainless steel shims, stainless steel hoses and meshes, and chemical wash bottles with GHS/NFPA hazard labelling. Bidders are required to submit manufacturer catalogs/technical specs with highlighted index numbers matching the TOR specifications.
