โครงการจัดซื้อชุดกล้องส่องตรวจรักษาลำไส้ใหญ่ระบบวีดิทัศน์ ชนิดความละเอียดสูง (Colono Videoscope) จำนวน 1 ชุด โดยโรงพยาบาลค่ายสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดแทนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ชำรุดและล้าสมัย ซึ่งส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการวินิจฉัยและรักษาโรคภายในลำไส้ใหญ่ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,900,000 บาท จัดหาจากงบรายรับสถานพยาบาลเพิ่มเติมปีงบประมาณ 2569 กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ แผนกห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลค่ายสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ การพิจารณาข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา 30% และเกณฑ์คุณภาพ 70% โดยเน้นมาตรฐานสากล ประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์ และบริการหลังการขาย

This project involves the procurement of one set of High-Definition Colon Videoscope system for diagnostic and therapeutic examination of the large intestine. The purpose is to replace the existing equipment which is worn out and outdated, affecting the clarity of examination and diagnostic capabilities. The procurement will be conducted by Sappasitthiprasong Military Hospital, Ubon Ratchathani Province, with a budget of 1,900,000 Baht, funded by hospital revenue. The delivery period is 120 days from the contract signing date, with delivery to the Operating Room Department of the hospital. The evaluation criteria will be based on price (30%) and quality (70%), emphasizing international standards, equipment performance, and after-sales service.
