โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องตรวจวัดความแข็งแรงของตับและปริมาณไขมันสะสมในตับ พร้อมหัวตรวจ จํานวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการวินิจฉัยโรคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตับ โดยเครื่องต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR อย่างครบถ้วน ครอบคลุมทั้งคุณสมบัติทั่วไป คุณสมบัติเฉพาะ ระบบการจัดเก็บภาพผู้ป่วย อุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งาน และเงื่อนไขเฉพาะ รวมถึงบริการติดตั้งและอบรมให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันเครื่องและหัวตรวจเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี พร้อมทั้งต้องมีอะไหล่พร้อมจำหน่ายในท้องตลาดอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และส่งมอบคู่มือการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ

This project aims to procure a liver strength and fat accumulation measurement device with a probe, quantity of 1 unit. The device must meet the specifications outlined in the TOR, including general features, specific properties (such as Windows operating system, various imaging modes, Liver Stiffness and LISA/UAP measurements), patient image storage systems, accessories, and special conditions. This includes installation services, user training, a 2-year warranty for the machine and probe, availability of spare parts for at least 5 years, and provision of operation and maintenance manuals in both Thai and English.
