โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์พร้อมอุปกรณ์สำหรับการเรียนการสอน แบบ All in one จำนวน 50 เครื่อง ให้กับโรงเรียนสมุทรปราการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น คุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่กำหนดไว้มีความละเอียด ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่หน่วยประมวลผลกลาง (CPU) ที่มีจำนวน Core และ Thread เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน, หน่วยความจำ (RAM) ชนิด DDR5 ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 16GB, หน่วยจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบ Solid State Drive (SSD) ความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 500GB, การเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายทั้งแบบมีสาย (LAN) และไร้สาย (Wi-Fi 802.11 ax), ช่องเชื่อมต่อ USB และ HDMI/Display Port, รวมถึงแป้นพิมพ์และเมาส์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน นอกจากนี้ จอภาพต้องมีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 23 นิ้ว พร้อมกล้อง Webcam ในตัว และระบบเสียง Stereo นอกจากคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคแล้ว ยังกำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นของใหม่ อยู่ในสายการผลิตจนถึงวันส่งมอบ มีการรับประกันโดยตรงจากบริษัทเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสาขาในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 3 ปี พร้อมบริการ Onsite Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปี และต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การประหยัดพลังงาน และความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งานจากสถาบันที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ ราคากลางสำหรับการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้กำหนดไว้ที่ 1,100,000 บาท โดยอ้างอิงจากราคามาตรฐานของกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

This project aims to procure 50 All-in-One computers with accessories for Samut Prakan School to enhance the efficiency of teaching and learning. The computers must meet specific technical requirements, including processor specifications, memory (RAM), storage (SSD), network connectivity (wired and Wi-Fi 802.11 ax), USB and HDMI/Display ports, and an integrated display with a webcam. Additional requirements include a minimum 23-inch display, stereo sound, and that all components must be from the same brand. The operating system must be a legally licensed OEM version. The computers must be new, still in production at the time of delivery, and come with a minimum 3-year direct warranty from the manufacturer or its Thai branch, including at least 1 year of onsite service. Furthermore, the hardware must hold certifications for environmental management, energy saving, and user safety from internationally recognized institutions. The estimated budget for this procurement is 1,100,000 Baht, based on the standard pricing from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
