โรงพยาบาลลําพูนมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All In One พร้อมซอฟต์แวร์ระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบสํานักงาน และเครื่องสํารองไฟฟ้า (UPS) จํานวน 145 ชุด โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เดิมที่มีอายุการใช้งานเกิน 10 ปี โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล ให้สามารถรองรับการใช้งานระบบ Hospital Information System (HIS) และระบบสนับสนุนการให้บริการผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีระยะเวลาการเช่าใช้ 36 เดือน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพให้เช่าพัสดุ ลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All In One รวมถึงข้อกําหนดด้าน CPU, RAM, SSD, จอแสดงผล และระบบปฏิบัติการที่ชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงข้อกําหนดสำหรับเครื่องสํารองไฟฟ้า (UPS) และชุดโปรแกรมจัดการสํานักงาน เงื่อนไขการให้บริการและการบํารุงรักษา (SLA) ครอบคลุมถึงการซ่อมแซม On-Site, การสํารองเครื่องสํารอง, การรักษาความลับข้อมูล, การบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM), การเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ UPS และขั้นตอนการแจ้งปัญหา การชําระเงินจะดำเนินการเป็นรายเดือน และมีค่าปรับกรณีไม่สามารถแก้ไขเครื่องให้ใช้งานได้ตามกําหนด

Lamphun Hospital intends to procure 145 sets of All-In-One computers, including operating system software, office suite software, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. This procurement aims to replace existing computers that have been in use for over 10 years. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency of various hospital departments by supporting the Hospital Information System (HIS) and patient service support systems. The rental period is 36 months. Bidders must be legal entities whose profession is equipment rental, registered in the e-GP system, and not blacklisted. The Terms of Reference (TOR) specify detailed technical characteristics for the All-In-One computers, including CPU, RAM, SSD, display, and operating system requirements, as well as specifications for the UPS and office suite software. Service Level Agreement (SLA) conditions cover on-site repair, spare equipment provision, data confidentiality, preventive maintenance, UPS battery replacement, and issue reporting procedures. Payment will be made monthly, with penalties for failure to resolve equipment issues within the stipulated timeframe.
