องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลยายชา ดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิงเอนกประสงค์ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เนื่องจากแนวโน้มการเกิดสาธารณภัยและอุบัติเหตุมีเพิ่มมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลยายชา โดยจัดหารถยนต์บรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิงเอนกประสงค์ที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ ได้แก่ ชนิดถังเหลี่ยม ความจุน้ำไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๒,๐๐๐ ลิตร พร้อมถังน้ำยาโฟมไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๐๐ ลิตร เป็นรถยนต์ชนิด ๑๐ ล้อ ขับเคลื่อนแบบ 5 x 4 เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลกำลังสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๖๐ แรงม้า เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในการระงับเหตุเพลิงไหม้ต่างๆ รวมถึงภัยพิบัติอื่นๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นชุมชนกึ่งเมือง มีทั้งที่พักอาศัย โรงเรียน และโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้จะช่วยให้การช่วยเหลือประชาชนเป็นไปอย่างทันท่วงทีและลดความสูญเสียให้น้อยที่สุด

Yai Cha Subdistrict Administrative Organization is procuring a multi-purpose fire fighting water truck through electronic bidding (e-bidding). This procurement is driven by the increasing trend of public disasters and accidents, which cause damage to life and property. The project aims to enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of the organization by acquiring a fire fighting water truck with specific features: a rectangular tank with a water capacity of at least 12,000 liters, a foam tank of at least 500 liters, a 10-wheel vehicle, a 5x4 drive system, and a diesel engine with a maximum power of at least 260 horsepower. This vehicle will enable efficient response to fires and other potential disasters in the area, which is characterized as a semi-urban community with residential areas, schools, and industrial factories. The procurement will ensure timely assistance to the public and minimize losses.
