โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างซ่อมแซมท่อประปาที่เกิดการแตกรั่วและงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานประปาสาขาลาดพร้าว โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการซ่อมท่อประปาที่แตกรั่วให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นกรณีน้ำซึมขึ้นผิวดินหรือไม่ซึมขึ้นผิวดิน รวมถึงการขุดสำรวจและซ่อมท่อรั่วใต้ดิน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบการซ่อมพื้นผิวถาวรให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิมตามมาตรฐานภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาเครื่องจักร ยานพาหนะ เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ วัสดุก่อสร้าง และบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เพื่อบริหารจัดการงานให้แล้วเสร็จอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน การประปานครหลวงจะจัดหาท่อและอุปกรณ์หลักให้ ยกเว้นอุปกรณ์บรรจบท่อภายในของผู้ใช้น้ำ และท่อ/อุปกรณ์บางประเภท ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมสำนักงานสนาม ทีมปฏิบัติงาน และรับผิดชอบการรายงานผลผ่านระบบ WILMA รวมถึงการตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำ

This project involves contracting for the repair of broken and leaking water pipes and related works within the jurisdiction of the Ladprao Waterworks Office. The contractor is responsible for providing machinery, vehicles, tools, construction materials, and personnel to manage and complete the work according to specified standards and timelines. The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) will supply main pipes and fittings, excluding certain end-use fittings. The contractor must also undertake permanent surface repairs to their original condition within the stipulated timeframe. The contractor is required to establish a field office, operational teams, and manage reporting through the WILMA system, including water quality monitoring.
