โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารสระว่ายน้ำศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลเมืองลำปลายมาศ ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านพัฒนา หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลลำปลายมาศ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อจัดสร้างอาคารสระว่ายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ขนาด 1 ชั้น กว้าง 16.00 เมตร ยาว 20.00 เมตร เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและกิจกรรมทางน้ำสำหรับเด็กเล็กในพื้นที่

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมงานโครงสร้าง ค.ส.ล. ทั้งฐานราก คาน เสา พื้น และผนังสระว่ายน้ำ โดยเน้นคอนกรีตกำลังอัด 240 KSC และคอนกรีตกันซึมสำหรับสระว่ายน้ำ งานสถาปัตยกรรมประกอบด้วยผนังอิฐมวลเบาฉาบเรียบทาสี พื้นกระเบื้องเซรามิคและหินกรวดล้าง ฝ้าเพดานยิปซั่มบอร์ด ประตูไม้เนื้อแข็งและอลูมิเนียม หน้าต่างอลูมิเนียมกระจกเขียวตัดแสง และหลังคา Metal Sheet

นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงงานระบบไฟฟ้าตามมาตรฐานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. งานระบบประปา-สุขาภิบาลด้วยท่อ PVC Class 13.5 และ 5.5 รวมถึงถังเก็บน้ำใต้ดินพร้อมปั๊มน้ำ 2 ระบบ และที่สำคัญคือระบบสระว่ายน้ำครบวงจร ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเครื่องกรองทราย ปั๊มน้ำ เครื่องผลิตคลอรีน และระบบควบคุมการทำงานอัตโนมัติ/แมนนวล ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างด้วยความประณีตและตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามหลักวิศวกรรมอย่างเคร่งครัด

The construction project for a swimming pool building at Lam Plai Mat Municipality Child Development Center, located in Ban Phatthana, Moo 7, Lam Plai Mat Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, aims to build a 1-story reinforced concrete (RC) swimming pool building, 16.00 meters wide and 20.00 meters long. This facility is intended to promote developmental and aquatic activities for young children in the area.

The scope of work includes RC structural work for foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and the pool walls, emphasizing concrete with a compressive strength of 240 KSC and waterproof concrete for the pool. Architectural work involves lightweight concrete block walls with plaster and paint, ceramic tile and pebble wash flooring, gypsum board ceilings, hardwood and aluminum doors, aluminum windows with 6mm green tinted glass, and a Metal Sheet roof.

Additionally, the project includes electrical systems compliant with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) standards and TIS-certified equipment, plumbing and sanitary systems using PVC pipes (Class 13.5 and 5.5), an underground water tank with a dual pump system. Crucially, a complete swimming pool system will be installed, featuring a sand filter, water pump, chlorine generator, and automatic/manual control systems. The contractor is required to execute the construction with precision and rigorous quality control in accordance with engineering principles.
