โครงการส่งเสริมประชาสัมพันธ์ด้านการท่องเที่ยวผ่านเรื่องเล่าจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี กิจกรรมหลักส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวิถีชีวิต โดยมีกิจกรรมย่อยคือ “ตามรอยเสด็จประพาสต้น รัชกาลที่ ๕” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ มีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๓,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (สามล้านบาทถ้วน) วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านการท่องเที่ยว กระตุ้นการหมุนเวียนทางเศรษฐกิจ สร้างรายได้ให้แก่ประชาชน พัฒนาเส้นทางและแพ็คเกจท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ เกษตร วัฒนธรรม วิถีชีวิต และจิตวิญญาณ ให้เป็นที่รับรู้อย่างกว้างขวางทั้งในและต่างประเทศ รวมถึงส่งเสริมให้นักท่องเที่ยวทุกกลุ่มเดินทางมายังจังหวัดสิงห์บุรีมากขึ้นภายใต้อัตลักษณ์ของจังหวัด และเปิดโอกาสให้เครือข่ายทางวัฒนธรรมได้นำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมมาจัดแสดง สร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ และสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ชุมชน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการเตรียมสถานที่และบริเวณจัดงาน การออกแบบและวางผังพื้นที่ การตกแต่งสถานที่ให้เข้ากับธีมงาน การออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ (Logo) ที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น การติดตั้งป้าย Directory Board การจัดระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างพร้อมเครื่องปั่นไฟ การจัดรถสุขาเคลื่อนที่พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแล การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่จราจร หน่วยพยาบาล และเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความสะอาด การจัดจุดกองอำนวยการ การจัดหาเต็นท์ทรงโดมพร้อมระบบไฟฟ้าและพัดลมระบายอากาศ โดยกิจกรรมจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม – สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ เป็นเวลา ๔ วัน ณ ศาลากลางจังหวัดสิงห์บุรีหลังเดิม (ร.ศ. ๑๓๐) อำเภอเมืองสิงห์บุรี จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี

The project aims to promote tourism in Sing Buri Province through its local stories, focusing on historical and lifestyle tourism. The main activity is “Following the Footsteps of King Rama V’s Royal Visit,” part of the fiscal year 2026 budget with a total budget of 3,000,000 Baht. The objectives include enhancing tourism competitiveness, stimulating economic circulation, generating income for residents, developing historical, agricultural, cultural, and lifestyle tourism routes and packages for wider recognition domestically and internationally, encouraging more tourists to visit Sing Buri under its unique tourism identity, and providing a platform for cultural networks to showcase local heritage, create jobs, and generate income. The scope of work involves preparing the event venue, designing the site layout, decorating the area according to the theme, creating a logo reflecting local identity, installing directory boards, providing lighting and power generators, mobile restrooms with cleaning staff, traffic control personnel, a medical unit, cleaning services, an operations center, and dome tents with ventilation systems. The event is scheduled for July-August 2026, lasting four days, at the Old Provincial Hall (R.S. 130) in Mueang Sing Buri District, Sing Buri Province.
