จังหวัดสุรินทร์มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ (ยา) รายการ Ceftriaxone 1 g powder for solution for injection/infusion จำนวน 130,000 vial ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหายาคุณภาพสูงสำหรับใช้ในโรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์ ยาที่เสนอจะต้องเป็นของแท้ ของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 2 ของเอกสารประกวดราคา รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อที่เพียงพอ การยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องดำเนินการผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยแยกเป็นเอกสารส่วนที่ 1 และส่วนที่ 2 ตามที่ระบุไว้ พร้อมทั้งต้องส่งแคตตาล็อกและตัวอย่างยาตามกำหนด การพิจารณาจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยกำหนดระยะเวลายืนราคาไม่น้อยกว่า 120 วัน นับแต่วันเสนอราคา และกำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุไม่เกิน 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
