โรงพยาบาลมีความประสงค์จัดซื้อเครื่องเอกซเรย์ฟลูโอโรสโคปเคลื่อนที่แบบซีอาร์ม กำลังไม่น้อยกว่า 15 kW สำหรับห้องผ่าตัด เพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานภายในโรงพยาบาล ตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับการจัดสรรจากสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดสงขลา วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อใช้ในงานศัลยกรรม โดยเครื่องจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR รวมถึงคุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา เช่น ความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้าม และมีประสบการณ์ในการขายพัสดุประเภทนี้ นอกจากนี้ เครื่องจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่เฉพาะเจาะจง เช่น ระบบดิจิตอล, จอแสดงผล LCD ขนาด 19 นิ้ว, ระบบ DICOM, ชุดกําเนิดไฟฟ้าแรงสูงและตัวควบคุมชนิด Monoblock Generator และหลอดเอกซเรย์แบบขั้วบวกหมุนได้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับประกันคุณภาพเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และดำเนินการติดตั้ง ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ รวมถึงการดูแลหลังการขายอย่างครบวงจร
