สำนักงานเขตคลองเตย โดยฝ่ายพัฒนาชุมชนและสวัสดิการสังคม ได้ดำเนินโครงการชุมชนเข้มแข็งพัฒนาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนในทุกมิติ และเพื่อให้ชุมชนสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างยั่งยืน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งครุภัณฑ์จำนวน 2 รายการ ได้แก่ ชุดเสาไฟฟ้าสาธารณะโซล่าเซลล์แบบประเภท 2 ส่วน (All in two type) จำนวน 43 ชุด และไฟสปอร์ตไลท์โซล่าเซลล์ ขนาด 9,000 วัตต์ จำนวน 139 ชุด การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้จะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีราคากลางรวมทั้งสิ้น 1,281,870 บาท ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด และยึดตามเกณฑ์ราคาต่อรายการในการพิจารณาข้อเสนอ

The Klong Toei District Office, through the Community Development and Social Welfare Division, is implementing the “Strong Community Self-Development according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy” project. This initiative aims to promote public participation in community development across various dimensions, enabling sustainable problem-solving. The project’s primary objective is to procure and install two types of equipment: 43 sets of “All-in-Two Type” solar street light poles and 139 units of 9,000-watt solar spotlight lights. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) with a total central budget of 1,281,870 Baht. Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and proposals will be evaluated based on a per-item price basis.
