โครงการก่อสร้างบ้านพักคนงานกรีดยางพร้อมห้องน้ำ แบบห้องแถว จำนวน 5 ห้อง จำนวน 2 หลัง โดยแต่ละห้องมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยไม่น้อยกว่า 24 ตารางเมตร ตั้งอยู่ที่สวนป่าพรุดินนา ตำบลพรุดินนา อำเภอคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่ มีราคากลางงานก่อสร้าง 2,534,920.51 บาท ระยะเวลาก่อสร้างรวม 180 วัน การจ่ายเงินค่าจ้างแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งวด โดยงวดที่ 1 (25% ของค่าจ้าง) จะจ่ายเมื่อดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน ครอบคลุมงานปรับพื้น วางผัง ขุดฐานราก เทคอนกรีตหยาบ ตั้งแบบ และเทคอนกรีตฐานราก/คาน/เสา งวดที่ 2 (30% ของค่าจ้าง) จะจ่ายเมื่อดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน ครอบคลุมงานโครงสร้างหลังคาและมุงหลังคา งวดที่ 3 (25% ของค่าจ้าง) จะจ่ายเมื่อดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 150 วัน ครอบคลุมงานเทพื้นคอนกรีต ตกแต่งผนัง/พื้น ระบบสุขาภิบาลและประปา และงวดที่ 4 (20% ของค่าจ้าง) จะจ่ายเมื่อดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 180 วัน ครอบคลุมงานฝ้าเพดาน ติดตั้งประตูหน้าต่าง ทาสี ติดตั้งไฟฟ้า ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ และงานอื่นๆ ให้ครบถ้วนตามสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างสามารถส่งมอบงานได้ก่อนหรือหลังกำหนด หรือพร้อมกันหลายงวดก็ได้หากงานแล้วเสร็จตามที่ระบุ

This project involves the construction of two dormitory-style worker accommodations for rubber tappers, each consisting of 5 rooms. Each room will have a usable area of at least 24 square meters. The construction site is located at Phru Din Na Forest Park, Phru Din Na Subdistrict, Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province. The estimated construction cost is 2,534,920.51 Baht, with a total construction period of 180 days. Payment will be disbursed in four installments based on project progress. The first installment (25% of contract value) is due within 60 days of contract signing or site handover, covering site preparation, foundation excavation, lean concrete, formwork, and structural concrete for foundations, beams, and columns. The second installment (30%) is due within 120 days, covering roof structure and roofing. The third installment (25%) is due within 150 days, covering concrete flooring, wall and floor finishing, and sanitary/plumbing systems. The final installment (20%) is due within 180 days, covering ceiling work, door and window installation, painting, electrical installation, site cleanup, and all other contractual requirements. Contractors may submit completed work packages earlier or later than scheduled, or multiple packages concurrently, provided the work is finished according to the specified details for each installment.
