โครงการ “ไทยช่วยไทย ลดภาระปัจจัยการผลิต : ธงเขียวราคาประหยัดพลัส” (ส่วนภูมิภาค) จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จัดขึ้นเพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนและลดภาระต้นทุนการผลิตให้กับเกษตรกรในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งได้รับผลกระทบจากราคาปุ๋ยเคมีที่สูงขึ้นจากสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลางและข้อจำกัดการส่งออกของบางประเทศ กรมการค้าภายใน โดยสำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษในฐานะแหล่งผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญ จึงได้ริเริ่มโครงการนี้ขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการเข้าถึงปัจจัยการผลิตทางการเกษตรที่มีคุณภาพในราคาที่เหมาะสมและต่ำกว่าท้องตลาด กิจกรรมหลักของโครงการคือการจัดงานแสดงสินค้าและกิจกรรมต่างๆ เป็นเวลา 2 วัน ณ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาพื้นที่ ออกแบบ วางผัง ติดตั้งโครงสร้างเต็นท์ขนาดใหญ่ พร้อมติดตั้งบูธจำหน่ายสินค้าอย่างน้อย 20 บูธ เวทีพร้อมระบบเครื่องเสียงและแสงสี เก้าอี้สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต และดำเนินการรื้อถอนทำความสะอาดหลังจบงาน เพื่อให้เกษตรกรสามารถเข้าถึงปัจจัยการผลิตได้อย่างทั่วถึงและมีประสิทธิภาพ อันจะนำไปสู่การรักษาเสถียรภาพการเพาะปลูก ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และความมั่นคงทางอาหาร

The project “Thai Help Thai: Reducing Production Input Burden: Plus Affordable Green Flag” (Provincial Area) Sisaket Province aims to alleviate the difficulties and reduce production costs for farmers in Sisaket Province, who are affected by the rising prices of chemical fertilizers due to the Middle East conflict and export restrictions from certain countries. The Department of Internal Trade, through the Sisaket Provincial Commercial Office, recognizes Sisaket’s importance as a major agricultural production hub and has initiated this project to increase access to quality agricultural inputs at reasonable prices, below market rates. The main activity involves organizing a trade fair and related events for 2 days in Sisaket Province. The contractor will be responsible for securing the venue, designing, layout planning, installing a large tent structure, setting up at least 20 sales booths, a stage with sound and lighting systems, chairs for attendees, electrical systems, internet services, and dismantling and cleaning up after the event. This initiative aims to ensure farmers have widespread and efficient access to agricultural inputs, thereby stabilizing cultivation, agricultural output, and food security.
