โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำหรับห้องประชุมชั้น 5 จำนวน 4 ห้อง ณ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรองรับการประชุมแบบผสมผสาน (Hybrid Meeting) ยกระดับเทคโนโลยีการเรียนการสอนและการนำเสนอผ่ากระดานอัจฉริยะ (Interactive Display) ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด รายการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย ชุดบอร์ดอัจฉริยะ (Smart Board) ความละเอียด 4K มีกล้อง ไมโครโฟน ลำโพง คอมพิวเตอร์ OPS และขาตั้งล้อเลื่อนในตัว จำนวน 4 ชุด พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์ไมโครโฟนอาเรย์รับเสียงรอบทิศทาง จำนวน 4 ตัว ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับหนังสือแต่งตั้งจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์โดยตรง มีหน้าที่ส่งมอบ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบระบบ จัดอบรมการใช้งาน 1 ครั้ง และจัดทำคู่มือสรุปวิธีใช้งานอย่างง่าย กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 90 วัน มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 3 ปี โดยใช้วิธีการพิจารณาตัดสินด้วยหลักเกณฑ์ราคา

Procurement and installation project of audio-visual equipment for 4 meeting rooms on the 5th floor at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart University. The project aims to support Hybrid Meetings and enhance presentation and teaching capabilities using Interactive Display technology. Key deliverables include 4 sets of Interactive Smart Boards (minimum 46-inch, 4K resolution) integrated with video conferencing cameras, microphones, speakers, OPS computers, and mobile rolling stands, along with 4 units of omnidirectional conference microphones. Bidders must be authorized distributors certified by the product manufacturer. The contractor is required to complete delivery, installation, system testing, conduct 1 training session, and provide simplified user guides within 90 days. The contract includes a 3-year warranty and will be evaluated using the price criteria.
