โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อชุดไม้ฉนวนและอุปกรณ์สำหรับงานฮอทสติก (Hot Stick) จำนวน 23 รายการ สำหรับการใช้งานกับระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าแรงดัน 22 กิโลโวลต์ และ 33 กิโลโวลต์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษา ก่อสร้าง และซ่อมแซมระบบสายส่งไฟฟ้าโดยไม่ต้องดับกระแสไฟ (Live-Line Work) ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการรักษาความต่อเนื่องของการจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยสูงสุดให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน อุปกรณ์ที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือเฉพาะทางหลากหลายชนิด เช่น ไม้คีบสาย (Wire Tong) ขนาดและรูปแบบต่างๆ, ไม้จับแคลมป์ (Clamp Stick), ไม้ผูกสาย (Tie Stick), ไม้ค้ำยันสาย (Wire Holding Stick), คีมตัดสาย (Conductor Cutter) สำหรับสาย ACSR และ AL, คีมตัดสายแบบ Ratchet, ไม้ปลดอุปกรณ์ (Disconnect Stick), แขนค้ำยันเสริม (Dual Auxiliary Arm) และบันไดไฟเบอร์กลาสฉนวน เป็นต้น อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่ระบุไว้ในการไฟฟ้า (เช่น R-133/2540, RHOT-003/2547) เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งาน

This project involves the procurement of a set of 23 insulated hot stick tools and equipment for 22 kV and 33 kV electrical distribution systems. The primary objective is to support live-line maintenance, construction, and repair operations without power interruption, ensuring continuity of electricity supply and maximizing safety for field personnel. The procured equipment includes a variety of specialized tools such as various sizes and types of wire tongs, clamp sticks, tie sticks, wire holding sticks, conductor cutters for ACSR and AL cables, ratchet-type cable cutters, disconnect sticks, dual auxiliary arms, and insulated fiberglass ladders. All equipment must comply with specified Electricity Authority standards (e.g., R-133/2540, RHOT-003/2547) to ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
