องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลวังใหม่ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถยนต์ตรวจการณ์ ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ํากว่า ๒,๐๐๐ ซีซี หรือกําลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ํากว่า ๑๑๐ กิโลวัตต์ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล แบบขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ จํานวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เพิ่มศักยภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชนผู้ประสบภัยได้อย่างทันเหตุการณ์ รถยนต์ตรวจการณ์ดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามบัญชีมาตรฐานครุภัณฑ์ของสํานักงบประมาณ รวมถึงอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ เช่น ระบบสัญญาณไฟฉุกเฉิน, วิทยุสื่อสาร และระบบติดตั้งพิเศษอื่นๆ ตามที่ระบุใน TOR ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคาซื้อด้วยวิธีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยวงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรคือ 1,664,000.00 บาท

Wang Mai Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to procure one patrol car with an engine displacement of no less than 2,000 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, diesel engine, and 4-wheel drive. The vehicle is intended for disaster prevention and relief operations, maintaining public order, and assisting people affected by disasters. The patrol car must meet the specific characteristics as stated in the Bureau of Budget’s standard equipment list, including various accessories such as emergency warning lights, communication radios, and other special installation systems as specified in the TOR. Bidders must have complete qualifications and conditions stipulated in the electronic bidding document (e-bidding). The allocated budget is 1,664,000.00 baht.
