สํานักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งประจําจังหวัดชัยนาท มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อเช่ารถยนต์บรรทุกดีเซล ขนาด 1 ตัน ดับเบิ้ลแค็บ ยกสูง ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ เกียร์อัตโนมัติ 5 จังหวะ ขนาดปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี จำนวนรวม 6 คัน โดยแบ่งเป็นรถพร้อมหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาส 1 คัน และรถไม่มีหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาส 1 คัน (รวม 2 คัน) และรถยนต์ประเภทเดียวกันอีก 4 คัน (รวมเป็น 6 คัน) ระยะเวลาเช่า 5 ปี (60 เดือน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติภารกิจของสำนักงานฯ ในการจัดการเลือกตั้งทุกระดับ รวมถึงภารกิจอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด ทั้งคุณสมบัติทั่วไปและคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น มีศูนย์บริการทั่วประเทศ มีแผนการซ่อมบำรุง และสามารถส่งมอบรถได้ภายใน 60 วัน

The Election Commission of Chainat Province intends to procure the rental of diesel pickup trucks (Double Cab, 2WD, 5-speed automatic transmission, engine displacement not less than 2,400 cc, 1-ton capacity) for a period of 5 years (60 months). The requirement is for a total of 6 vehicles, including 1 unit with a fiberglass canopy and 1 unit without a fiberglass canopy, along with 4 other similar vehicles. The purpose is to support the operational missions of the Election Commission, including election management and other related tasks. Bidders must meet specified general and specific qualifications, such as having service centers nationwide, a maintenance plan, and the ability to deliver vehicles within 60 days.
