การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย (Security) ของระบบจัดเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษ เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ตลอดระยะเวลา 2 ปีงบประมาณ (ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2571) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 62,060,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ Security หลัก ได้แก่ Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), Antivirus และ Virtual Private Network (VPN) ของยี่ห้อ Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro และ Cisco ที่ติดตั้ง ณ ศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษและอาคารศูนย์บริหารทางพิเศษ กทพ. ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 7 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (24x7) พร้อมการตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับแจ้ง

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย และมีทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านสำหรับอุปกรณ์แต่ละยี่ห้อ รวมถึงจัดหาบุคลากร Network Security Administrator ที่มีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ตามที่กำหนด เพื่อปฏิบัติงานประจำ ณ สถานที่ที่ กทพ. กำหนด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำและปรับปรุงแผนผังเครือข่าย จัดหาโปรแกรมติดตามงานและอุปกรณ์ Network Storage สำหรับจัดเก็บข้อมูล และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศของ กทพ. ตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 27001:2022 การชำระเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 24 งวดรายเดือนตามผลการส่งมอบงาน

The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) is seeking bids for the maintenance of security equipment for its expressway toll collection system, spanning a continuous period of two years (Fiscal Year 2027 - 2028), with a budget of 62,060,000 Baht (including VAT). The project aims to ensure the continuous, stable, and highly efficient operation of the system.

The scope of work includes the maintenance and repair of key security devices such as Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), Antivirus, and Virtual Private Network (VPN) from brands like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro, and Cisco. These devices are installed at various expressway control centers and EXAT’s Expressway Management Center building. The contractor must provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), with a response and resolution time of 4 hours after problem notification.

Bidders must be authorized distributors or representatives in Thailand for the specified equipment brands. They are required to have a team of specialized experts for each brand, as well as provide a qualified and experienced Network Security Administrator to work on-site at EXAT’s designated locations. Additionally, the contractor must develop and update network diagrams, provide a work tracking program (Mobile/Web Application), supply network storage for data backup, and adhere to EXAT’s information security policies in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. Payments will be made in 24 monthly installments based on work delivery.
