เทศบาลตำบลทองผาภูมิ โดยงานสาธารณูปโภค กองช่าง มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุกกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้า จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อทดแทนรถยนต์คันเดิมที่ใช้งานมานานกว่า 19 ปี ซึ่งมีสภาพเสื่อมโทรมและมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงสูง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมแซมและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง การตัดแต่งต้นไม้และกิ่งไม้ที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อแนวสายไฟฟ้า รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน นอกจากนี้ยังเพื่อรองรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน การขยายตัวของเมือง และการช่วยเหลือประชาชนเบื้องต้น รถยนต์บรรทุกกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้าที่จัดซื้อมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ เช่น ตัวถัง 6 ล้อ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลไม่น้อยกว่า 150 แรงม้า ติดตั้งชุดกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้าแขนบูมพับได้ ยกสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร พร้อมระบบค้ำยันไฮดรอลิค โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องผลิตและประกอบจากโรงงานที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน มอก./ISO 9001 งบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้สำหรับการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือ 2,580,000 บาท

Thong Pha Phum Subdistrict Municipality, through the Public Utilities Section, Engineering Division, intends to procure one (1) electric repair aerial truck. This procurement aims to replace the existing truck, which has been in service for over 19 years and is experiencing significant deterioration and high maintenance costs. The new truck will be a 6-wheel diesel-powered vehicle with an engine output of at least 150 horsepower, equipped with a foldable boom aerial work platform capable of reaching a height of at least 12 meters from the ground, along with a hydraulic outrigger system. The vehicle and its components must be manufactured and assembled in factories certified with TIS/ISO 9001 standards. The primary objectives of this project include supporting the repair and installation of lighting systems, trimming trees and branches near power lines, enhancing operational efficiency and safety for personnel, responding to emergency situations, accommodating urban expansion, and providing initial assistance to the public. The allocated budget for this procurement is 2,580,000 Baht.
