โครงการจัดจ้างติดตั้งระบบท่อลมรับ-ส่งยา เวชภัณฑ์ และเอกสารทางการแพทย์ จำนวน 2 สถานี ณ โรงพยาบาลปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและความรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการดำเนินงานตามนโยบายของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในการยกระดับการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ ระบบท่อลมที่ติดตั้งใหม่นี้จะใช้หลักการแรงเป่าลมหรือแรงดูดลม เพื่อให้กระสวยที่บรรจุสิ่งของเคลื่อนที่ไปยังสถานีรับ-ส่งได้อย่างถูกต้อง โดยสามารถรับ-ส่งระหว่างสถานีเดิมและสถานีใหม่ทั้ง 2 สถานีได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการติดตั้งสัญญาณแจ้งเตือนแสงและเสียง (Arrival Signal) สำหรับสถานีที่ใช้ร่วมกัน โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 45 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอ และมีวงเงินงบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 680,000 บาท

This project aims to enhance the efficiency and speed of medical personnel’s operations at Prasat Hospital, Surin Province, by installing a pneumatic tube system for transporting medicines, medical supplies, and medical documents. Two new stations will be installed, designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing system. This initiative supports the Ministry of Public Health’s policy to improve healthcare services. The system will utilize air pressure or suction to move carriers containing items to designated receiving stations, enabling efficient communication between existing and new stations. Visual and audible arrival signals will also be installed for shared stations. The project duration is 45 days from the contract signing date, with selection based on price, and a total budget of 680,000 Baht.
