โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์การแพทย์ รายการยูนิตทำฟัน จำนวน 2 เครื่อง ของโรงพยาบาลเชียงดาว อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ดำเนินการจัดซื้อด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ภายใต้วงเงินงบประมาณ 920,000 บาท (เก้าแสนสองหมื่นบาทถ้วน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญเพื่อทดแทนยูนิตทำฟันเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ ชำรุดเสียหายจนไม่สามารถซ่อมแซมให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนานกว่า 10 ปี เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลมีความพร้อมและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการรักษาทางทันตกรรมทั่วไปและทันตกรรมเฉพาะทางแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งยูนิตทำฟันจำนวน 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่ครบครัน ได้แก่ ระบบให้แสงสว่าง LED หรือ Halogen ปรับความเข้มแสงได้, ระบบเครื่องกรอฟันพร้อมปั๊มลม (Air Compressor) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 1 แรงม้า และชุดปรับปรุงคุณภาพอากาศอัดตามมาตรฐาน, ระบบดูดน้ำลาย (Motor Suction) ชนิดไม่ใช้น้ำร่วม, ระบบน้ำบ้วนปาก และเก้าอี้คนไข้ที่ควบคุมการปรับเอนด้วยระบบ Gear Motor พร้อมระบบบันทึกตำแหน่ง (Preset) นอกจากนี้ยังมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งานที่สำคัญ เช่น เก้าอี้ทันตแพทย์, เก้าอี้ผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์, ด้ามกรอเร็วสำหรับผ่าตัดฟันคุด, เครื่องควบคุมแรงดันไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ (Stabilizer), เครื่องขูดหินปูน Ultrasonic และเครื่องฉายแสง LED

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายในระยะเวลา 90 วันทำการ นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องรับประกันคุณภาพของพัสดุเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี พร้อมทั้งจัดส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาสาธิต แนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน และการบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้นให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงพยาบาลจนสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย

The medical equipment procurement project for 2 units of Dental Units for Chiang Dao Hospital, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province, for the fiscal year 2026. This procurement is conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) with a total budget of 920,000 Baht. The primary objective is to replace the existing deteriorated dental units that have been in service for over 10 years, ensuring the hospital’s readiness and efficiency in providing general and specialized dental treatments to patients.

The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and testing of 2 dental units equipped with comprehensive systems: LED/Halogen operating lights, dental handpiece systems with an air compressor (minimum 1 HP) and air quality treatment systems, a dry motor suction system, a spittoon system, and a patient chair controlled by a gear motor with preset memory functions. The package also includes essential accessories such as dentist and assistant stools, a surgical handpiece for impacted tooth removal, an automatic voltage stabilizer (minimum 5 KVA), an ultrasonic scaler, and an LED curing light.

The successful bidder is required to deliver and install all equipment within 90 working days after contract signing. A minimum warranty of 2 years is required, during which the supplier must provide technical support, and dispatch specialists to conduct user training and basic maintenance demonstrations for the hospital staff.
