โครงการจัดซื้อเต็นท์ผ้าใบ ทรงเพิงหมาแหงน ขนาด 5x4 เมตร จำนวน 32 หลัง โดยฝ่ายรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตะพง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเต็นท์ใหม่ทดแทนของเดิมที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมสำหรับผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าบริเวณชายหาดแม่รำพึง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรคือ 900,000 บาท โดยใช้จ่ายจากเงินสะสมประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นหลัก กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 45 วันนับแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญา หรือข้อตกลงเป็นหนังสือ โดยจะมีการจ่ายเงินเพียงงวดเดียวเมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วน อัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าคิดเป็นรายวันในอัตราร้อยละ 0.20 ของราคาพัสดุที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบ ผู้ขายต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายและมีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่จัดซื้อ หากเป็นนิติบุคคลจะต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SME) และมีใบรับรอง SME จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นลำดับแรก

This project involves the procurement of 32 units of awning-style tarpaulin tents, each measuring 5x4 meters. The purpose is to replace old, deteriorated tents used by vendors at Mae Ramphueng Beach. The objective is to support local vendors and maintain order in the area. The allocated budget is 900,000 Baht, funded from accumulated reserves for the fiscal year 2026. The selection criterion will be based primarily on price. Delivery is required within 45 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in a single installment upon complete delivery. A penalty of 0.20% of the undelivered item’s price per day will be imposed for late delivery. Sellers must meet legal requirements and be in the business of selling such goods. If the seller is a juristic person, they must be a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) with an SME certificate to be considered first.
