โครงการจัดซื้อข้อสะโพกและข้อเข่า จำนวน 18 รายการ สำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2569 เป็นการจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ที่สำคัญยิ่ง โดยคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความประสงค์จะจัดหาเพื่อทดแทนข้อสะโพกและข้อเข่าเดิมของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเสื่อมสภาพ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิต การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมรายการเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ที่หลากหลายและมีความเฉพาะเจาะจงสูง ได้แก่ ข้อสะโพกเทียมประเภทต่างๆ เช่น ชนิดไม่มีเบ้า (Bipolar cementless) ชนิดมีเบ้า (Total hip prosthesis) ทั้งแบบใช้ซีเมนต์และไม่ใช้ซีเมนต์ รวมถึงชนิดพิเศษเฉพาะบุคคล (Revision knee, Elmention) พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริมที่จำเป็น เช่น ก้านสะโพก (Stem), เบ้าสะโพก (Acetabular Shell), วัสดุรองเบ้า (Liner), หัวสะโพก (Femoral Head) ทั้งแบบโลหะและเซรามิก รวมถึงสกรูและอุปกรณ์ส่วนเสริมเบ้าสะโพก นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดซื้อข้อเข่าเทียมชนิดที่ส่วนรับน้ำหนักไม่สามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้ (TKA + Modular tray) พร้อมส่วนประกอบต่างๆ เช่น ส่วนฟีเมอร์รอล (Femoral), ส่วนทิเบีย (Tibial), และส่วนสะบ้าเทียม (Patella) รวมถึงใบเลื่อยตัดกระดูกที่ใช้ในการผ่าตัด คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของแต่ละรายการมีความละเอียดสูง ระบุวัสดุที่ใช้ (เช่น Titanium, Cobalt-Chromium, UHMWPE, Ceramic) กระบวนการผลิต การเคลือบผิว (เช่น Grit Blasted, Hydroxyapatite, Porocoat) ขนาด รูปแบบ และคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเวชภัณฑ์ที่จัดซื้อมีคุณภาพ มาตรฐาน และเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานทางการแพทย์

This project involves the procurement of 18 types of medical supplies, specifically hip and knee prostheses, for the fiscal year 2026. The objective is to replace the original hip and knee joints of patients suffering from degenerative conditions. The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, is the procuring entity. The procurement covers a variety of specialized medical devices, including cementless and cemented hip prostheses, bipolar hip prostheses, and specialized knee prostheses, along with essential accessories such as stems, acetabular shells, liners, femoral heads (metal and ceramic), screws, and augmentations. Detailed technical specifications for each item are provided, outlining materials (e.g., Titanium, Cobalt-Chromium, UHMWPE, Ceramic), manufacturing processes, surface treatments (e.g., Grit Blasted, Hydroxyapatite, Porocoat), dimensions, and technical properties to ensure the quality, standards, and suitability of the procured medical devices for clinical use.
