องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวิสัยใต้ อำเภอสวี จังหวัดชุมพร ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เพื่อดำเนินโครงการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก รหัสทางหลวงท้องถิ่น ชพ.ถ. ๖๘๐๑๓ สายบนควน หมู่ที่ ๑,๔ บ้านท่าดี, บ้านควน ตำบลวิสัยใต้ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของราษฎรในการใช้เส้นทางคมนาคม พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของหมู่บ้าน และอำนวยความสะดวกให้ประชาชนสามารถนำผลผลิตทางการเกษตรออกสู่ตลาดได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในพื้นที่ให้ดีขึ้น

รายละเอียดงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาดกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ยาว 210 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 840 ตารางเมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางหินคลุกข้างละ 0.50 เมตร โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 668,000 บาท (หกแสนหกหมื่นแปดพันบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างรวม 90 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันไม่เกิน 50% ของวงเงินงบประมาณ และมีคุณสมบัติทางการเงินที่เพียงพอ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการกำหนดให้ใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศในสัดส่วนที่กำหนด เพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจภายในประเทศ

The Wisai Tai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Sawi District, Chumphon Province, has allocated a budget for the fiscal year 2026 to undertake the construction of a reinforced concrete road, local highway code ChP.Th. 68013, Ban Khuan route, Moo 1, 4, Ban Tha Dee, Ban Khuan, Wisai Tai Sub-district. The primary objectives of this project are to alleviate the difficulties faced by residents in using transportation routes, develop village infrastructure, and facilitate the convenient and rapid transport of agricultural products to market, thereby improving the quality of life for local residents.

The scope of work involves constructing a reinforced concrete road with a width of 4.00 meters, a length of 210 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, or an area of no less than 840 square meters, along with gravel shoulders of 0.50 meters on each side. The total budget for the project is 668,000 Baht. The construction period is 90 days from the date of contract signing. Bidders must meet specified qualifications and experience, such as having previous construction experience of the same type not exceeding 50% of the project budget, and demonstrating sufficient financial capability. Additionally, there are requirements for using domestically produced materials to support the local economy.
