โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการช่วยเหลือ ป้องกัน และบรรเทาสาธารณภัยและภัยพิบัติ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย มีความต้องการจ้างทำขวดบรรจุน้ำดื่มขนาด 350 ซีซี พร้อมตราสัญลักษณ์ กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย การดำเนินงานจะยึดตามรายละเอียด ข้อกำหนดเฉพาะ และรูปแบบขวดที่หน่วยงานกำหนด รวมถึงประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ฉบับที่ 4226 (พ.ศ. 2553) เป็นหลัก ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อสนับสนุน กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย เกณฑ์การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่ต่ำที่สุด วงเงินงบประมาณในการจัดจ้างครั้งนี้อยู่ที่ 1,050,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อตรวจรับสิ่งของเรียบร้อยแล้วครบถ้วนตามสัญญา มีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.90% ต่อวัน และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 60 วัน

This project aims to prepare for disaster relief, prevention, and mitigation for the fiscal year 2026. The Military Development Command, Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, requires the manufacturing of 350cc drinking water bottles with the Thai Armed Forces Headquarters’ emblem. The work will be based on the detailed specifications, special requirements, and bottle design provided by the agency, as well as Ministerial Regulation No. 4226 (B.E. 2553). Bidders must meet legal qualifications and have a net worth or registered capital according to the specified criteria, or possess sufficient credit lines. The delivery period is within 30 days after signing the purchase contract. The evaluation criterion will be based on the lowest total price. The budget for this procurement is 1,050,000 Baht. Payment will be made upon successful inspection and acceptance of goods. A penalty of 0.90% per day will be applied for late delivery, and a warranty for defects of at least 60 days is required.
