โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโป่งตาลอง อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมในพื้นที่บ้านหนองจอก หมู่ที่ 6 ให้มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น โดยการก่อสร้างถนนหินคลุกสายคลองเรือ เชื่อมมอหัวหมู ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางสำคัญในการสัญจรของประชาชน ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนนหินคลุกที่มีผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร และมีความยาวทั้งสิ้น 1,400.00 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นปริมาณงานพื้นที่ผิวจราจรหินคลุกไม่น้อยกว่า 7,000.00 ตารางเมตร โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น (พ.ศ.2566-2570) ฉบับทบทวน ครั้งที่ 1 พ.ศ.2568 หน้า 108 โครงการที่ 11 นอกจากนี้ ยังมีข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมที่สำคัญคือ ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ตามสัญญา โดยต้องจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุและวัสดุภายในประเทศให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา รายละเอียดทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามแบบ อบต.โป่งตาลอง เลขที่ 13/2569

This project, undertaken by the Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Pong Talong, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, aims to improve transportation infrastructure for greater convenience and safety in Ban Nong Chok, Moo 6. The scope of work involves the construction of a gravel road, named “Khlong Ruea - Mo Hua Mu Road,” with a traffic surface width of 5.00 meters and a total length of 1,400.00 meters, or a minimum gravel surface area of 7,000.00 square meters. This project is part of the Local Development Plan (B.E. 2566-2570), revised edition B.E. 2568, page 108, Project No. 11. Key additional requirements include the contractor’s use of at least 60% domestically produced materials and 90% domestically produced steel based on their respective values and quantities, with a plan for domestic material usage to be submitted within 90 days of contract signing, all in accordance with the detailed drawings provided by the Pong Talong Subdistrict Administrative Organization (Drawing No. 13/2569).
