กรมศุลกากรมีความจำเป็นต้องจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ในโครงการพัฒนาระบบการยืนยันตัวบุคคล เนื่องจากเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบบงานของกรมฯ และระบบ Single Sign-On (SSO) รวมถึงแอปพลิเคชัน Thai Customs Authenticator (TCA) มีการใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายโดยเจ้าหน้าที่กว่า 10,000 คนต่อวัน เพื่อให้การบริการพิธีการศุลกากรเป็นไปอย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความน่าเชื่อถือตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง จึงต้องมีการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขอบเขตงานนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance), การซ่อมแซมแก้ไข, การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่, การบำรุงรักษา Software ทั้ง Application, System และ Environmental Software รวมถึงการบริหารและการสนับสนุนตลอดอายุสัญญา โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการบำรุงรักษา รวมถึงค่าแรง ค่าอะไหล่ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

This project aims to procure maintenance and repair services for computers, processing equipment, and computer systems related to the development of the identity verification system (Single Sign-On and Thai Customs Authenticator - TCA) for the Customs Department. The objective is to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the system 24/7. The scope covers Hardware, System Software, and related Software, including preventive maintenance, repairs, parts replacement, software maintenance (Application, System, and Environmental), and overall administration and support throughout the contract period. The contractor will be responsible for all maintenance costs, including labor, spare parts, and other necessary expenses to ensure the system operates at full capacity.
