กรมการท่องเที่ยว โดยกองกิจการภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ต่างประเทศ ต้องการจ้างผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านบัญชีเพื่อตรวจสอบหลักฐานการใช้จ่ายในประเทศไทยสำหรับภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศ 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่ HP12/13 (จากโปแลนด์) และ JR (จากสหรัฐอเมริกา) ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทำเสร็จสิ้นแล้วในประเทศไทย โครงการนี้สืบเนื่องจากมติคณะรัฐมนตรีที่สนับสนุนการถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศด้วยการคืนเงินค่าใช้จ่ายในประเทศไทย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐานการใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด (ประมาณ 627.2 - 637.2 ล้านบาท) ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กรมการท่องเที่ยวและกรมสรรพากรกำหนด จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบที่ครอบคลุมประเด็นต่างๆ เช่น รายการที่เข้าเงื่อนไข ไม่เข้าเงื่อนไข การวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย การประมาณการภาษี และข้อเสนอแนะ พร้อมทั้งรับรองความถูกต้องโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีที่มีใบอนุญาต เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการพิจารณาคืนเงินแก่ผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ให้เกิดความถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้

The Tourism Authority of Thailand, through the Office of International Film and Video Activities, seeks to hire accounting experts to audit the expenditure evidence in Thailand for two foreign films, HP12/13 and JR, which have completed filming in the country. This project is in line with the Cabinet’s resolution to support foreign film production by offering rebates on expenses incurred in Thailand. The hired expert will be responsible for verifying all expenditure documents (approximately THB 627.2 - 637.2 million) against the criteria set by the Tourism Authority and the Revenue Department. A comprehensive audit report, including details on eligible and ineligible expenses, cost analysis, tax estimations, and recommendations, must be prepared and certified by a licensed accountant. This report will serve as a basis for the rebate approval process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and auditability.
