มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมามีความประสงค์จะจ้างซ่อมแซมลิฟต์โดยสาร อาคาร 36 ยี่ห้อ PIONEER จำนวน 3 ตัว (ตัวที่ 1-3) ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เนื่องจากลิฟต์โดยสารดังกล่าวมีอุปกรณ์เสื่อมสภาพตามอายุการใช้งาน ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการใช้งานของบุคลากร นักศึกษา และผู้มาติดต่อ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการจ้างครั้งนี้คือ เพื่อให้ลิฟต์โดยสารสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งให้อุปกรณ์ลิฟต์โดยสารมีมาตรฐานและความปลอดภัยตามหลักสากล ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ชำรุด การจัดหาและติดตั้งวัสดุอุปกรณ์ใหม่ เช่น อุปกรณ์ควบคุมความเร็ว (INVERTER), อุปกรณ์ตรวจเช็คความเร็ว (ROTARY ENCODER), เครื่องสำรองไฟฉุกเฉิน (ARD), ระบบสื่อสาร, ลูกล้อคันสโลว์, กาน้ำมันรางลิฟต์, สลิงขับเคลื่อน และสลิงเซฟตี้ รวมถึงการขนย้ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่รื้อถอน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการซ่อมแซมคือ 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบกับเกณฑ์อื่น (Price Performance) โดยให้น้ำหนักกับข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคถึง 70%

Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University intends to procure the repair of 3 PIONEER brand passenger elevators in Building 36 through electronic bidding for the fiscal year 2026. This is due to the deterioration of elevator components over time, affecting their functionality and impacting the usage of personnel, students, and visitors. The primary objectives are to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient elevator operation, and to meet international safety and performance standards. The scope of work includes the removal of damaged parts, procurement and installation of new components such as speed controllers (INVERTER), speed sensors (ROTARY ENCODER), emergency power supply units (ARD), communication systems, slowdown limit switches, guide rail lubricators, drive ropes, and safety ropes, as well as the disposal of removed materials. The project duration for the repair is 60 days from the contract signing date. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on a Price Performance evaluation, with a significant weighting (70%) given to technical proposals.
