โครงการประกวดราคาเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยา (Automate immunology) พร้อมน้ำยา จำนวน 1 เครื่อง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ภายใต้การดูแลของกลุ่มงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการที่มีความแม่นยำสูง รองรับการวินิจฉัยโรคต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะในผู้ป่วยที่ต้องการการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางภูมิคุ้มกัน เช่น ตับอักเสบ มะเร็ง ตั้งครรภ์ หัวใจ และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภูมิคุ้มกัน โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 5,169,000 บาท ซึ่งรวมค่าเช่าเครื่อง น้ำยา ค่าบำรุงรักษา ค่าซ่อมแซม ค่าติดตั้ง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะเวลาการเช่า 365 วัน นับจากวันที่เครื่องติดตั้งและพร้อมใช้งาน ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ บำรุงรักษา รวมถึงการให้บริการซ่อมแซมภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง และต้องจัดหาเครื่องสำรองในกรณีฉุกเฉิน พร้อมให้การอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง รวมถึงการให้บริการน้ำยาเพิ่มเติมตามคู่มือการใช้งานโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับประกันความเสียหายของเครื่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันรับมอบ และต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการขนย้ายเครื่องออกเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา พร้อมปรับสภาพพื้นที่ให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม

This project involves the leasing of an automated immunology analyzer (Automate immunology) with reagents for 1 unit, using the e-bidding procurement method, under the supervision of the Medical Technology Department at Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province. The objective is to support accurate and rapid diagnostic testing in the laboratory, particularly for immune-related diseases such as hepatitis, cancer, pregnancy, and heart conditions. The project budget is 5,169,000 baht, covering the lease of the machine, reagents, maintenance, installation, and other related expenses. The lease term is 365 days from the date of installation and operational readiness. The supplier must provide installation, testing, maintenance, and 48-hour repair service in case of malfunction, including backup equipment during emergencies. Training for staff is required at least once per year. The supplier must also provide additional reagents as per the user manual without extra cost. The machine is guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, and the supplier is responsible for removing the equipment and restoring the area to its original condition upon contract termination.
