เทศบาลเมืองท่าช้างจันทบูรมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการติดตั้งชุดจอแสดงผลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (LED Wall) แบบภายนอกอาคาร เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางในการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร กิจกรรมของเทศบาล และการแจ้งเตือนเหตุฉุกเฉินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งจอ LED Full Color ที่มีระยะห่างระหว่างจุดภาพ (Pixel Pitch) ไม่เกิน 4 มิลลิเมตร (P4) พร้อมระบบควบคุมที่รองรับความละเอียด Full HD และระบบกระจายเสียงผ่านเครือข่าย (Network Audio) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการเลขที่ 20/2569 โดยอุปกรณ์หลักต้องมาจากโรงงานที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO และมีการเคลือบสารป้องกันความชื้น (Conformal Coating) เพื่อความทนทานต่อสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก รวมถึงต้องจัดหาซอฟต์แวร์ที่สามารถบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งภาพนิ่ง วิดีโอ และการถ่ายทอดสด
