โครงการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต บริเวณยูเทิร์นรถไฟ หมู่ที่ 14 (ฝั่งใต้) ตำบลดอนเกาะกา อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในการใช้เส้นทางสัญจร ช่วยให้การเดินทางและการขนส่งผลผลิตทางการเกษตรมีความสะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงเป็นการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางหลวงท้องถิ่นให้มีความคงทนถาวร

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่และการรื้อถอนโครงสร้างถนนเดิม (รื้อผิวลาดยางเดิม) การลงหินคลุกปรับระดับและบดอัดแน่นชั้นพื้นทาง (ความแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Modified Proctor Density) การทำ Prime Coat และการปูผิวทางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตหนา 5 เซนติเมตร ขนาดกว้าง 4.50 เมตร ยาว 526 เมตร หรือพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 2,367 ตารางเมตร ปิดท้ายด้วยงานตีเส้นจราจรสะท้อนแสงด้วยวัสดุเทอร์โมพลาสติกสีเหลืองและสีขาว ความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 3.0 มิลลิเมตร

โครงการนี้ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 (เงินอุดหนุนเฉพาะกิจ) เป็นเงิน 1,452,000.00 บาท โดยมีราคากลางของงานก่อสร้างอยู่ที่ 1,659,488.67 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานจ้างเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี นอกจากนี้ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการใช้พัสดุและเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศตามสัดส่วนที่กำหนดในสัญญาอย่างเคร่งครัด

The construction project for the Asphaltic Concrete Road at the Railway U-turn Area, Moo 14 (South Side), Don Ko Ka Subdistrict, Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, is organized by the Don Ko Ka Subdistrict Municipality. The primary objectives are to alleviate local transportation difficulties, facilitate the convenient transport of agricultural products, and improve road durability.

The scope of work includes the removal of the existing asphalt surface, preparation and compaction of the crushed rock soil aggregate base course (minimum 95% Modified Proctor Density), application of a prime coat, laying of a 5 cm thick asphaltic concrete wearing course (4.50 meters wide, 526 meters long, with a total area of no less than 2,367 square meters), and thermoplastic road markings (yellow and white, minimum 3.0 mm thickness).

The project is funded by the fiscal year 2026 budget (specific subsidy) with an allocated budget of 1,452,000.00 THB and a calculated reference price (median price) of 1,659,488.67 THB. The construction must be completed within 120 days from the day following the contract signing, with a defect liability period of at least 2 years. The contractor is also required to comply with domestic material and steel utilization regulations.
